Terms & Conditions

These terms govern the booking and participation in The Medellín Barcrawl ("the Experience"), operated by BEYOA S.A. ("we," "us"). By booking, you agree to these terms.

1. Booking & Payment

• All bookings are confirmed upon successful payment through Stripe.
• Prices are quoted in USD and inclusive of taxes where applicable.
• You will receive a confirmation email and WhatsApp message with the meeting point and crawl details within minutes of booking.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• 24+ hours before the crawl: Full refund.
• Less than 24 hours before: No refund. You may transfer your booking to another date (within 90 days) free of charge by messaging us on WhatsApp.
• No-shows: No refund.
• If we cancel the crawl (weather, force majeure, low bookings), you receive a full refund or a free reschedule — your choice.

3. Age & Identification

You must be 18 years or older to participate. Photo ID may be requested at venues. We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone who cannot prove they are of legal drinking age in Colombia.

4. Included Drinks

Your ticket includes 5 drinks across 5 venues. Drinks are selected from a curated menu at each bar — typically beer, cocktails, or shots. Premium upgrades, additional rounds, food, and tips are not included unless explicitly stated.

5. Conduct

To keep the experience great for everyone:

• Be respectful to other crawlers, hosts, and venue staff.
• Drink responsibly — pacing matters across 5 venues.
• Follow venue dress codes (smart-casual; no flip-flops or tank tops at most stops).
• Illegal substances are strictly prohibited.

We reserve the right to remove participants whose behavior is unsafe, aggressive, or disruptive, without refund.

6. Liability

You participate voluntarily and at your own risk. BEYOA S.A. and its hosts are not liable for personal injury, loss, theft, or damage to belongings before, during, or after the crawl, except where caused by our gross negligence. We recommend travel insurance.

7. Photography & Media

By participating, you consent to being photographed or filmed during the crawl, and to the use of those images in our marketing on Instagram, our website, and other channels. If you'd prefer not to appear, tell your host at check-in and we'll do our best.

8. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our control (natural disasters, government action, public unrest, pandemic restrictions, etc.). In such cases, a free reschedule will be offered.

9. Operating Schedule

The Experience runs Friday and Saturday nights only, starting at 8:00 PM local time, year-round (subject to occasional closures announced in advance).

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Medellín, Antioquia.
